Lemonade Diet Recipe Update: I originally put this blog together to help others find the benefits of fasting using the Master Cleanser, or the lemonade diet. I have been using this fast for almost 40 years. In fact, as I write this I am on a fast, I usually fast from 1-3 days a month.
If you have never fasted, especially using this lemon detox plan, then I can’t emphasize enough how important fasting is, however, I find that the problem is, for those who actually go on the Master Cleanser fast, is what they eat afterwards.
Most people just fall back into eating the same ole crap that clogged their system to begin with. Because of that, I have developed an eating program that caters to those who, not only want to lose weight, but for those who want to get much healthier in the process.

Fasting for 10 days, cleansing the body of toxins, waste and some fat, then following it up with proper nutrition, is the key to building the bodies cells and tissue, strengthening the immune system, and setting your metabolism up to burn off excess fat.
Losing weight is easy, but permanent weight loss should be every persons goal. Once you get yourself on a healthy eating program, you’re losing weight, or maybe you have lost all of your excess weight, you will find that you can still eat the foods you love and still maintain permanent weight loss. You just need to now how to eat those foods properly.
I love ice cream and chocolate, but you know what? I eat chocolate at least a couple times a week, even ice cream too, and they never affect my weight. You just need to know how to do it.

The point is to finish a 10 day fast, that’s why the easier version was created, simple because the vast majority of people who start the Master Cleanser never finish it, and that is a shame. Either detox diets you perform, will benefit you dramaticly.
Fasting and proper nutrition is so important to better health. In fact, over the past 10 years I’ve had my colon scoped twice, just to be safe because of my age, and both times the doctor told me my colon was “Pristine.” It doesn’t get any better than pristine, does it?
